Responsibilities:
- Provide convincing, creative ideas worthy of investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work daily.
- Writing content information to entice potential customers who will help drive traffic to increase sales.
- Create articles, blog posts, whitepapers, slideshows, presentations, reports, product pages, and descriptions, and optimize landing pages
- Liaise with digital marketing manager, clients and project managers to ensure top results
- Responsible for managing multiple social media channels and improving the brand positions of clients through respective channels
- Create 1-2 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, etc.)
- Blog on an ongoing basis on ongoing projects and to attract site visitors through search, social, and email subscribers
- Grow subscriber base by providing regular, helpful content that’s in tune with their needs
- Collaborate with designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience
Our Ideal Digital Content Creator has:
- Highly creative and an excellent writer, and at the same time, process-driven and relies on data to make decisions.
- Excellent command of the English language and is a prolific and talented content creator to write and produce various projects and blog regularly to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads.
- Experience with marketing-communications initiatives and executing tactics
- Experience creating social media content and digital media, including writing material
- Years of experience editing online content, including videos on YouTube and SM channels
- Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills
- Ability to work from home in a quiet space, free from distraction
- A strong and reliable internet connection
- A basic background or passion in eCommerce and/or website building is a definite asset.
- Have experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), as well as experience building audiences either online or offline. He or she will have In-depth knowledge of the HubSpot Content Optimization System to blog and produce smart CTAs according to the visitor lifecycle stage.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Masters' Degree in English, the Arts or Marketing is preferred. Previous experience in writing as a journalist, blogger, content writer, or producing any publications is an asset but not a must.
